Minerale ed erbaceo, questo pecorino apre con note marcate di erbe officinali ed anice stellato ai quali seguono sentori piacevolmente agrumati di arancio e frutta a polpa bianca. Il sorso è dinamico e ricco con finale elegante e sapido. Ottimo con primi a base di pesce e carni bianche o preparazioni a base di funghi.
